Succesvolle afronding project in Terborg
Met trots kunnen wij als WSF-team melden dat we een bijzonder project succesvol hebben afgerond. Voor de bouw van 21 woningen in Terborg hebben wij maar liefst 204 schroeffunderingen gerealiseerd. Bij dit (complexe) bouwproject hebben wij, samen met ons geotechnisch adviesbureau, het complete traject begeleid: van grondonderzoek en benodigde advisering tot prognoses en uiteindelijk de uitvoering. Dankzij onze aanpak konden we snel schakelen en is het project soepel verlopen.
De installatie van de schroeffunderingen werd uitgevoerd met twee hydraulische machines. Zoals te zien is op onze media, blijft de grond vrijwel intact omdat onze methode zonder graafwerkzaamheden verloopt. Hierdoor was de overlast voor de omgeving minimaal en verliep de logistiek efficiënt, met weinig materiaal- en afvaltransport.
Daarnaast profiteerde de opdrachtgever van een belangrijke meerwaarde: de schroeffunderingen zijn direct belastbaar, waardoor de planning strak bleef.
Wij kijken terug op een fantastisch project en zijn trots dat we met ons 100% modulaire, maximaal circulaire en CO2-neutrale systeem woningen van (on)schatbare waarde hebben mogen funderen. With pride, the WSF team is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a remarkable project. For the construction of 21 homes in Terborg, we installed no fewer than 204 screw foundations.
In this complex construction project, we worked closely with our geotechnical advisory team to oversee the entire process: from soil investigation and necessary consultancy to forecasts and, ultimately, the execution. Our efficient approach allowed us to adapt quickly, ensuring a smooth project workflow.
The installation of the screw foundations was carried out using two hydraulic machines. As seen in our media, the ground remains virtually intact thanks to our no-digging method. This minimized disruption to the surrounding area and allowed for efficient logistics with minimal material and waste transport.
The client, also benefited from a key advantage: the screw foundations are immediately load-bearing, keeping the project on a tight schedule.
We look back on this fantastic project with pride, knowing we’ve laid the foundation for homes of incredible value using our 100% modular, highly circular, and CO2-neutral system.
