We recently had the privilege of installing 17 screw foundations for Mothership as part of a stunning art project on the Windesheim Campus. This remarkable work, MicroKosmos by artist Yasser Ballemans, consists of nine sculptures made from recycled PET-G plastic. Inspired by microorganisms from the IJssel River, the sculptures uniquely combine art, science, and sustainability.
MicroKosmos highlights the role of the Campus as a meeting place and was developed in collaboration with students and faculty from Windesheim.
Screw foundations are ideal for art installations like this, offering flexibility, a solid base, and minimal environmental impact. We are proud to have contributed to this inspiring project!
