Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued: Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sell items

Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: Bedrijvenpark Twente 151 in Almelo.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send your product to: Bedrijvenpark Twente 151 in Almelo. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order. Of course it is also possible to collect your products for free.

Delivery

Screwfunding works with various transporters and couriers. Normally we can have your order delivered to you the next working day.

Delivery time

Normally the next day. Large quantities or special items between 4 and 10 working days.

Change order

Would you like to change your order? Please contact us in a timely manner via info@schroeffundering.nl. Changing an order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. You obviously still have the option to return your order.

Cancel order

Canceling an order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. Take your time to do this. Contact us at info@struikfundering.nl. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. In that case you can return your order.
