We would like to see a sounding of the (construction) plot, so that we can gain a good insight into the soil structure and the composition of the soil layers.

What is a CPT – It is a concept originating from soil mechanics. It is a way to measure the load-bearing capacity of the soil. You can request sounding from the constructor/contractor or the municipality.

We would like to see a (construction) drawing on which the foundation points are drawn, stating the dimensions, the intermediate distances, and the expected load per foundation point.

We would like to be aware of the space available on location, to determine whether we can install hydraulically with our screw-in machine, or manually/electrically with our hand machine for hard-to-reach places.

Obstacles and contamination can affect the installation of the screw foundation. To guarantee successful installation, we assume that we can install in a clean sand bed and that any construction pit or foundation strip is dry.

We would like to receive drawings or sketches so that we can get a good idea of ​​the project to be built. Some photos of the situation are always useful.
